DUMAGUETE CITY – Negros Oriental Governor Pryde Henry Teves pledged P11 million to fix the broken airconditioning units of the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital (NOPH) here after a surprise visit to the provincial hospital.
The Department of Health (DOH) confirmed that 72% of the 4,200 intensive care unit beds in the country dedicated for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) patients are already occupied, bringing the situation as high risk.
