Hidalgo Street in Quiapo, Manila.

PressOnePH News and Information Service Inc. is a majority-owned subsidiary of Areopagus Communications Inc.

Areopagus Communications is a communications and media production company whose directors and shareholders are private individuals. The minority shareholdings in PressOnePH News and Information Service Inc. are owned by employees.

Funding for PressOne.PH comes from online advertising, monetization of social media content, grants, and subsidies from the parent company.

The board of directors of PressOnePH News and Information Service Inc. and its parent, Areopagus Communications Inc., do not exercise editorial control over PressOne.PH. Editorial policy and content are determined by the editors of PressOne.PH.
