Palace spokesman Harry Roque on Thursday welcomed the country’s new batch of medical doctors, which will be deployed to support the country’s bout against the Covid-19 pandemic.

Roque also made special mention of Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo’s daughter, Tricia, who was among the 3,538 passers of the November 2020 physician licensure examinations.

Congratulations to the new doctors and congratulations to their proud parents!”

Roque earlier bashed Robredo’s daughters for implying President Rodrigo Duterte’s absence in the country’s calamity response efforts.
