The July 27 Abra earthquake has caused almost P2 billion in infrastructure damage to date, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported on Thursday.

In its latest situation report, the NDRRMC said the damage caused by the magnitude 7 earthquake had reached P1,993,069,205.62.

The Ilocos Region sustained the most infrastructure damage amounting to more than P1.038 million.

The earthquake has also caused P48,256,325.55 in agriculture damage in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The NDRRMC said the death toll remained at 11, while the number of families affected by the quake was 146,363.
