Major parts of Luzon will continue to be drenched because of the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 p.m. forecast bulletin Wednesday.

The state weather bureau said the Amihan continues to affect the region and will bring cloudy skies with rains in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao.

Flash floods and landslides may happen in these areas.

Pagasa added that the Amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the localized thunderstorms.
