Aespa, one of most notable fourth-generation K-pop groups, will become the first K-pop girl group to perform on the main stage of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California on April 23.

The group, composed of Karina, Winter, Ningning and Giselle, made the announcement on Tuesday.

“Aespa becomes K-pop’s first girl group to be invited to perform on the main stage of America’s biggest music festival, Coachella! Setlist includes some of their hottest tracks along with an unreleased new song! Their much anticipated performance will take place on April 23!” the group said in a Twitter announcement.

Aespa is behind the hits “Black Mamba,” “Next Level” and “Savage.”

Second-generation K-pop quartet 2NE1 recently surprised this year’s Coachella attendees with a comeback performance of their 2011 song, “I Am The Best.”
