Rookie group IVE made history on Tuesday after the music video for its debut song, “ELEVEN,” reached 100 million views on YouTube.
The music video was the first by a 2021-2022 rookie group to reach 100 million views.
It was also the third-fastest debut music video in history to reach the milestone, doing so in only 96 days.
“ELEVEN” recently became the fastest K-pop group debut song to reach 80 million streams on Spotify.
IVE, composed of Gaeul, Liz, Rei, Leeseo and former IZ*ONE members Wonyoung and Yujin, debuted on Dec. 1, 2021. The group set a record for fastest debuting girl group to win a music show award just seven days after.
