Former vice president Leni Robredo launched Tuesday a coffee table book featuring iconic moments, and inside stories from her presidential campaign in 2022
Titled “Tayo ang Liwanag”, the book features memorable events, behind-the-scenes images, and insider accounts of her presidential campaign.
“If I have to go through it all over again, I will. Kasi sa tingin ko, marami tayong na-achieve na on the day I announced my candidacy, I never thought na ma-aachieve natin,” Robredo said.
Robredo, who is also Angat Buhay chairperson, signed pre-sold copies of the book during the launch which is the anniversary of her campaign.
“Tayo ang Liwanag” is also available for pre-order. Parts of the sales of the book will benefit projects of Angat Buhay..
Raffy Magno, Angat Buhay executive director, expressed his thanks to those who still go above and beyond to show their support to the work of the foundation.
“Hope and bayanihan create a virtuous cycle. It is the hope of our volunteers, partners, and supporters that continue to push Angat Buhay in its work to help alleviate poverty, which in turn inspires even more Filipinos to volunteer what they have and what they can do,” Magno said.
A mini-concert with performances by Nica del Rosario, Gab Pangilinan, and Rivermaya as well as remarks by former senators Kiko Pangilinan and Bam Aquino were held after the book launch and signing.

Angat Buhay is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) that was established during the 2022 National election, and headed by Robredo. It continues to respond to the urgent needs of the marginalized public and mobilize “Bayanihan’ as volunteerism through several projects and initiatives in various communities around the country.
