The second batch of Covid-19 vaccines arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
The second batch of Covid-19 vaccines for Central Visayas arrived Tuesday, March 30, 2021.
A total of 21,600 Covid-19 Sinovac and AstraZeneca shots were delivered in Cebu and distributed to other areas in the region.
Dr. Mary Jean Loreche, spokesperson of the Department of Health in Central Visayas, said 7,200 doses were from Sinovac and 14,400 from AstraZeneca.
About 10,800 individuals will be immunized, said Dr. Loreche.
The delivery was part of the 1.4 million doses of Sinovac that arrived Monday.
