Phenomenal K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK is reportedly exiting YG Entertainment, its agency and will move to its affiliate The Black Label.

The Korea Herald said that per an industry insider, discussions over the contract between the members and management were done early this year.

After their contract expiration next year, the quartet will be under The Black Label headed by Teddy, a former in-house producer of YG who handled some of the biggest artists, such as BLACKPINK, Big Bang, 2NE1, and many more.

However, YG Entertainment still cannot confirm anything since the group’s contract has not yet ended.

“It’s hard to confirm whether they will sign with The Black Label or not after their contracts end,” a YG representative was quoted as saying.
