The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said that 23 highly urbanized cities have already attained herd immunity against Covid-19.
“Umaabot po na 23 siyudad ang umabot na po ng 70% and up na fully vaccinated. So ibig sabihin po … ay nakamit na ang herd immunity sa target population,” DILG Secretary Eduardo Año said in his report to President Rodrigo Duterte.
The cities are as follows:

- Marikina City
- Taguig City
- Pasay City
- Las Piñas City
- Parañaque City
- Manila City
- Muntinlupa City
- Makati City
- Valenzuela City
- Quezon City
- Navotas City
- Pasig City
- Malabon City
- Caloocan City
Outside NCR:
- Baguio City
- Angeles City
- Iloilo City
- Lapu-Lapu City
