Nag-post ang isang TikTok user ng isang edited na video na maling nagpapahiwatig na naglabas daw ng utos ang Korte Suprema ng Pilipinas na palitan si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Sa ngayo’y buradong post, ipinakita ang TikTok user ng maikling clip ng dalawang news host na tila pinag-uusapan ang diumano’y utos ng Korte Suprema na palitan ang pangulo. Ang mahahalagang konteksto ng video ay naalis dahil sa pag-edit.
Taliwas sa pahayag, nakasaad sa Artikulo 11 ng Konstitusyon ng 1987 na walang kapangyarihan ang Korte Suprema na magpatalsik o mag-impeach ng pangulo. Ang punong mahistrado o chief justice ang siyang mamumuno sa proseso, ngunit hindi boboto sa desisyon. FULL STORY HERE
