Isang Facebook page ang nagpakalat ng maling impormasyon na pumanaw umano ang batikang aktor at direktor na si Ricky Davao dahil sa brain aneurysm. Ang nasabing post ay isang emosyonal na pag-alala mula sa isang nagpakilalang “Mayeth Malca,” na ipinresenta ang sarili bilang kasintahan umano ng aktor.
Base sa post, bigla raw nakaranas si Davao ng matinding pananakit ng ulo at agad na isinugod mula Makati patungong St. Luke’s Medical Center. Dagdag pa rito, dinala raw siya sa ibang bansa para sa mas advanced na gamutan, gaya ng Mayo Clinic sa Amerika at stem cell therapy sa Switzerland, ngunit lalo lamang lumala ang kanyang kalagayan hanggang sa siya ay pumanaw.
Noong Mayo 2, 2025, naglabas ng pahayag ang anak ni Ricky na si Ara Davao sa kanyang opisyal na Instagram account. Kinumpirma niyang namayapa ang kanyang ama bunsod ng komplikasyon dulot ng cancer. FULL STORY HERE
