Kumalat sa Facebook ang mga maling pahayag mula sa fan pages ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na nagsasabing nakatanggap siya ng US International Anti-corruption Award.
Isa sa mga nagpakalat ng maling impormasyon ang FB page na “Duterte Fans Club,” na may caption na: “Good job PRRD. This was during his term,” kalakip ang isang larawan na may watermark umano ng Cebu Daily News. Ngunit sa masusing pagsusuri, may nakasulat na salitang “satirical” sa ilalim ng logo ng CDN.
