Philippine testing czar Vince Dizon has resigned as the president of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), an official said on Monday.

It was revealed by BCDA Executive Vice President Aileen Zosa in a Senate budget deliberation.

Zosa said despite his resignation, Dizon would remain under President Rodrigo Duterte’s Cabinet.

Dizon is the deputy chief implementer of the National Task Force Against Covid-19 and Duterte’s adviser on flagship programs and projects.

He is also the country’s testing czar and the officer in charge of Clark Development Corp. John Ezekiel J. Hirro
