The long-awaited sequel of the 2018 Marvel superhero film Venom finally dropped its first trailer on Monday.

“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” brings back Tom Hardy as journalist Eddie Brock who was seen attempting to live a normal life with Venom but fails.

The trailer also gave a glimpse of Woody Harrelson’s psychotic serial killer character Celtus Kasady hosting the red symbiote, Carnage.

The film stars Michelle Williams who plays Anne Weying, Brock’s ex-fiancée, and Naomie Harris who plays Frances Barrison/Shriek, Kasady’s love interest.

Reid Scott stars as Dan Lewis, Weying’s boyfriend, and Stephen Graham plays Detective Mulligan.

The film is directed by Andy Serkis.
