Kasambahays in Metro Manila get P1,000 salary increase
Around 200,000 domestic helpers (kasambahays) working in the National Capital Region (NCR) are expected to get a salary increase in the coming weeks.
Wage hike in Metro Manila, Western Visayas to start on June 3
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) said that the recently approved wage hike in Metro Manila and Western Visayas will be implemented on June 3 after the orders were confirmed by the National Wages and Productivity Commission.
