Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III said he ordered the release of prepositioned supplies and face masks to residents affected by the phreatic eruption of Mount Bulusan in Sorsogon.
The Office of Vice President Leni Robredo will visit Sorsogon for relief operations due to Mount Bulusan’s phreatic eruption on Sunday morning.
Sorsogon was rocked by a 5.4 quake late Monday night, the Philippine Institute for Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
“No offense to these guys but please don’t make the players look bad,” Mocon wrote on Facebook. “They were mistreated, ‘yun ‘yung puno’t dulo.”
