Metro Manila now under Signal no. 2 as Rolly nears landfall
Metro Manila and some areas in Luzon are now under Tropical Cyclone Weather Signal (TCWS) No. 2 as Typhoon Rolly continues to travel and maintain its strength, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
