A video has surfaced on Facebook falsely implying that the critics of former president Rodrigo Duterte were dead.

Sa ilalim ng bill, ang mga SIM card subscribers ay kakailanganing irehistro ang kanilang SIM cards kasama ng kahit anong government-issued identification document. Subalit, walang nakasaad sa bill na bibigyan nito ang gobyerno ng direktang access sa data ng subscriber.
