Another group of doctors filed a complaint before the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to suspend or revoke the medical license of Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy after she red-tagged fellow physicians.
Board examinations for 32 professions scheduled in the first half were cancelled, most of which were moved to the second half of the year, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said on Friday (July 16).
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, only 11 licensure examinations were held last year, a huge drop from 83 in 2019.
In Resolution No. 69, the IATF said the examinations would be held with strict observance of the country’s health protocols.
“We’re thinking of using more technology-based examinations but we are to begin operation for that,” PRC Chairman Teofilo Pilando Jr. said.
