Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo’s lawyers on Monday asked the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to release the results of an initial recount done as part of the electoral protest filed by ex-senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo will stay in her post whatever the result of the vote recount in three pilot provinces handpicked by ex-senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. in his electoral protest, Robredo’s lawyer said on Sunday.
