‘Tisoy’ death toll reached 12, displaced 1.4M Pinoys – NDRRMC
The National Disaster and Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported that typhoon Tisoy affected 1,397,330 persons or 320,006 families, and caused agricultural damages amounting to over P2 million.
