The number coding scheme in Metro Manila will be implemented once again starting December 1, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
The Metro Manila mayors have decided to approve the reimplementation of the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or number coding scheme.
The number-coding scheme is still suspended as public utility vehicles will not be able to manage more passengers while keeping the 50-percent passenger capacity rule, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on July 15.
