MMDA to assign enforcers in “no contact apprehension” areas
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will redeploy traffic enforcers to areas covered by the no contact apprehension policy (NCAP) to make sure that motorists will continue to follow traffic rules.
