PH targets October shift to Phase 3 of nat’l action plan vs Covid-19 – Galvez
Effective from October to December, the NAP Phase 3 will focus on keeping down the Covid-19 case count “to the very minimum level” and easing Metro Manila’s quarantine classification to modified general community quarantine.
