“Our embassy in Beirut has ascertained the conditions of all the 13 Filipino seafarers who were injured in the blasts that rocked the city recently,” Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs Sarah Arriola said in a statement.
“The Philippines is in solidarity with the people of Lebanon in this period of great grief. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lebanese people,” Palace spokesman Harry Roque said in a statement.
