NPA commander arrested in Davao del Norte
Leonilo Gonzales alias Kumander Banakon, 44, a squad leader of the NPA’s Pulang Bagani Command and the PNP Davao’s number 2 most wanted person was arrested by authorities during a manhunt operation last Sunday, August 11.
