A Facebook reel maliciously accused Cardinal Jose Advincula of receiving bribes inside a “maleta” (briefcase) during a Mass, from former House speaker Martin Romualdez and Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre.
Sa ilalim ng bill, ang mga SIM card subscribers ay kakailanganing irehistro ang kanilang SIM cards kasama ng kahit anong government-issued identification document. Subalit, walang nakasaad sa bill na bibigyan nito ang gobyerno ng direktang access sa data ng subscriber.
Under the bill, SIM card subscribers will be required to register their SIM cards along with any government-issued identification document. However, the bill does not state that it will directly give the government access to subscriber data.
