A new pre-election survey conducted by RMN Networks and Oculum Research and Analytics showed that at least 10 party-list groups were likely to secure a seat in the House of Representatives in the 2025 elections.
Ronald Cardema blasted Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Rowena Guanzon for playing victim insisting instead that the party-list is the real victim whose nomination is allegedly being held hostage by Guanzon in exchange of political favors.
The Comelec said that even if the Duterte Youth is a multi-sectoral sector party, Cardema is still ineligible since he could not represent the professional sector and the youth sector.
