Supporters of Sen. Imee Marcos pushed the false claim that P3PWD Party-list Rep. Rowena Guanzon had said that the senator is a graduate of the University of the Philippines (UP) law school in Diliman, Quezon City.
Without even flattening the curve, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III claimed that the Philippines is now facing the “second wave” of COVID-19 infection, declaring the first three cases in January as the first wave.
