Only Batanes is under Signal No. 2, with winds of greater than 61 kilometers per hour (kph) and up to 120 kph expected within the next 24 hours. Apayao, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte and Babuyan group of Islands were downgraded to Signal No. 1.

Tropical storm ‘Falcon’ heads toward Batanes
Weather forecasters raised Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 2 over Batanes and the northeastern portion of Cagayan, including the Babuyan Group of Islands, at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, as northern Luzon braced for tropical storm ‘Falcon.’
