Maling ipinakalat ng isang dating newscaster sa Facebook na nag-day off daw ang LRT-1 upang pigilan ang mga dadalo sa pro-Duterte rally sa Liwasang Bonifacio gamitin ang nasabing paraan ng transportasyon.
An ex-newscaster falsely claimed on his Facebook account that the LRT-1 was given a “day off” to prevent attendees of the pro-Duterte rally at Liwasang Bonifacio from using this mode of transportation.
The DOTr is calling on the attention of AF Payments, Inc., the service provider of beep cards, to immediately stop the payment of the card on top of the fare load, or the agency will suspend its use.
