Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Intramuros, Manila opened their own community pantry named Mesa ni San Martin in honor of St. Martin de Porres, the Dominican saint known as the patron of charitable giving. Most of Mesa ni San Martin’s donors are Letranites: students, alumni, employees and their families.
