PNP North Cotabato rejects receiving gifts as “favors”
The Cotabato Police Provincial Office (CPPO) strongly warns its police force from accepting any kinds of gifts as favors because it is against the law contradicting what President Duterte’s view that it is ok for the police to receive gifts.
