The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Friday reported two new deaths among overseas Filipinos (OFs) in Beirut, Lebanon, due to the massive explosions at the Port of Beirut on Aug. 5.
“Our embassy in Beirut has ascertained the conditions of all the 13 Filipino seafarers who were injured in the blasts that rocked the city recently,” Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs Sarah Arriola said in a statement.
