DILG: ‘Balik-probinsya’ to spur regional growth
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is backing the “Balik Probinsiya, Bagong Pag-asa” (BP2) Program, saying it is expected to propel regional growth and decongest Metro Manila.
