Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III announced Thursday that the government is looking at the possibility of relaxing the country’s Covid-19 status to “Alert Level 0,” since some areas are now under Alert Level 1.
Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez on Monday said that work from home arrangements will become optional in areas under the relaxed Alert Level 1 next month amid the decreasing numbers of Covid-19 infections in the country.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) assured the public on Tuesday that the Alert Level 1 (abnormal) warning imposed over four active volcanoes across the country was no cause for concern.
