Facebook personality “Tio Moreno,” posted a manipulated photo of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara “Inday” Duterte, and falsely claimed that Marcos Jr. had come forward to address a video circulating on social media that alleged his involvement with illegal drugs.
