This was not the first time iconic towers and cities have lit up in purple for BTS. In May, the Empire State Building in New York turned purple and last June, the entire city of Busan turned purple in honor of BTS. Members Jimin and Jungkook are from Busan, South Korea’s second most populous city.
The concert will be livestreamed worldwide on the vLive site on Saturday at 1:30 a.m. local time.
The last leg of their world tour will be held on Oct. 26, 27 and 29 at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul.
