Red Velvet made its comeback with “Birthday” on November 28, 2022 at 6 P.M. KST.
The song was part of ‘The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday” as its title track. The new song is the newest addition to the girl group’s newest trilogy, “The ReVe Festival 2022”, following ‘The ReVe Festival 2022 – Feel My Rhythm,” which was released in March 2022.
The mini-album has already secured a pre-order volume of over 710,000 copies, giving Red Velvet a brand new record, after “The ReVe Festival 2022 – Feel My Rhythm”.
The newest album consists of 5 songs, which are mostly R&B with pop, trap, hyperpop and ballad sounds.
As of this writing, the music video has already recorded over 4.7 million views.
Red Velvet consists of Irene, Joy, Yeri, Seulgi, and Wendy.
