The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has issued more than 50 million national IDs as of the first week of February, the agency said.

The remaining 19.7 million were issued as electronic IDs, the PSA said.

The PSA in October 2022 launched downloadable versions of the national ID, named ePhilID, which allows registered persons to download PDF versions of their IDs.

More than 440,000 ePhilIDs have been downloaded as of Feb. 2, the PSA said.
