With the longest lockdown in the world, the Philippines is the sole Southeast Asian nation on the top 20, thus, the top country in the region with the most number of cases.
The top 3 countries in the world that have the most number of Covid-19 infections are the United States with 7,273,943 cases; India with 6,312,584 cases; and Brazil with 4,810,935 infections.
