The Philippines’ coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) tally rose to 528,853 after the Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,583 new infections on Tuesday. 

According to the latest DOH report, thirteen Covid-19 failed to submit their daily reports on time. 

Currently, there are 30,368 active Covid-19 cases undergoing medical treatment or quarantine: 89% are mild, 5.3% are asymptomatic, 2.7% are critical, 2.5% are severe, and 0.54% are moderate. 

 

The country’s recovery rate increased to 487,611 with 39 more patients winning the fight against the deadly respiratory illness. 

Death toll, on the other hand, inches to 10,874 with 67 new fatalities. Ronald dela Cruz
