The Philippines on Sunday night received its 100th Covid-19 vaccine shipment, which contained three million Sinovac doses.

The National Task Force Against Covid-19 said one million doses were donated by the Chinese government, while two million were procured by the Philippine government.

The country’s first Covid-19 vaccine doses were from China. They arrived on February 28, 2021.

China has now donated a total of three million vaccine doses to the Philippines.

To date, a total of 44.5 million doses of Sinovac vaccines have been delivered to the Philippines, of which 41.6 million were procured by the national government.

The Philippines has received 97,678,340 Covid-19 vaccine doses from various manufacturers.
