Senator and presidential aspirant Manny Pacquiao promised to push for the passage of the proposed SIM Card Registration Act.
The bill was vetoed by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Pacquiao also shared his plans to end disinformation in the age of social media during the PiliPinas forum by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP).
Pacquiao added.
Pacquiao said that under his presidency, he would make undergoing face recognition mandatory when opening a social media account.
He also promised to fight the trolls.
