President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the government’s anti-Covid-19 task force’s recommendation to extend the general community quarantine (GCQ) in NCR-Plus and impose modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in 21 areas until July 15, Malacañang said on Tuesday.
