The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases has decided to place Metro Manila under Alert Level 3, Malacañang said on Wednesday.

Alert Level 3 allows food and personal care establishments to operate at 30 percent capacity.

Local government units are responsible for setting mobility restrictions at alert level 3, which will only allow 30 percent of the workforce in offices.

The Octa Research Group has been pointing to a decline in the reproduction of Covid-19 in Metro Manila.
