Kevin Alas shows off his ‘What the Kobe’ 8 shoes for auction.
Kevin Alas of the NLEX Road Warriors is joining other sports personalities in helping raise funds for the benefit of health workers in the war against Covid-19, through the Colegio de San Juan de Letran and the Justice and Peace and Care for God’s Creation arm of the Dominican Province of the Philippines.
True to the motto of his alma mater, “Deus, Patria, Letran” (God, Fatherland and Alma Mater), Alas will auction off his 2013 SEA Games Jersey (his first national team stint) and a pair of Nike “What the Kobe” 8 Basketball Shoes.
Starting bid for Alas’ SEA Games Jersey is at P1,500 while the starting bid for his pair of shoes is at P3,000.
Bidding starts on April 3, 2020, 6 a.m., and will end at 10 p.m.
