CLAIM: Pinayagan na ng International Criminal Court ang pansamantalang paglaya ni dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at iniutos na siya ay ipadala sa tinatawag na “third-country.”

Isang TikTok post mula sa “El Diablo Rides Adventures Vlogs” at mga YouTube video na inilathala ng “Reaction TV” at “Robin Sweet News” ang nagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon na opisyal nang pinalaya ng International Criminal Court (ICC) si dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte mula sa pagkakakulong sa The Hague, at ililipat na siya sa “third-country.”
Naglalaman ang mga video ng mensaheng nagpapahayag ng alegasyon sa pagpapalaya kay Duterte. Isa sa mga video ang naglahad ng pahayag na, “DUTERTE ILALABAS AT ILILIPAT NA SA THIRD COUNTRY! NAGPANIC NA ANG LOYALISTA AT KAKAMPINK!”
Subalit, ang agarang kahilingan sa pansamantalang paglaya na isinampa ng tagapagtanggol ni Duterte ay hindi pa naaprubahan ng ICC. Kaya naman, nananatili siyang nakakulong sa detention facility nito.
Bagama’t kinumpirma ng prosekusyon na hindi sila tutol sa pansamantalang paglaya ni Duterte, ang desisyon ay isasailalim pa sa pag-aaral ng karampatang kapulungan na nagsasagawa ng pana-panahong pagsusuri kada-120 days.
Nito lang June 16, nag-post ang abogadong si Harry Roque ng isang video mula sa Facebook page ni “Alvin & Tourism” na tinatampok ang anak ng dating pangulo na si Rep. Paulo Duterte, tinatalakay nito ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng kaniyang ama sa ICC.
Bukod pa rito, wala pang opisyal na report ang naglalabas ng pangalan ng receiving third-party state, dahil ang impormasyong ito ay binura sa opisyal na dokumento ng ICC.
Sa ngayon, umani ng 300,574 views at 13, 700 ang mga YouTube videos. Habang ang TikTok video naman ay umabot sa 1,191 views at 99 likes. Marybeth Realba
